- Kingcaviarir-eu, proudly operating under our commercial brand Lukchery, established in 2024. Our mission is simple: to import the finest quality caviar from Iran and become Europe’s premier hub for this exquisite delicacy, based right here in the Netherlands.
- Allow me to introduce myself—Saeed, founder and the driving force behind this venture. With over 14 years of academic expertise in aquaculture, I hold two master’s degrees and a PhD in the field. Five years ago, I moved to the Netherlands to pursue my second master’s at Wageningen University, where I discovered a gap in the market. Despite the increasing demand for premium aquatic foods like caviar, I noticed that the rich history and culture behind these delicacies were largely overlooked.
- Caviar is more than just an expensive luxury—it’s a symbol of centuries-old Persian tradition. Yes, caviar is prized for its meticulous production process, but its true value lies in the story behind it. Caviar has been an integral part of Iranian culture for over 2,000 years, its exceptional taste and heritage originating from the ancient Persian lands. That’s why I chose to name our brand Lukchery—a nod to the meaningful history behind caviar, rather than focusing solely on luxury or cost. To me, it’s not just about the price tag; it’s about honoring the legacy and richness of Persian heritage.
